IT'S 60 ON THE SPEEDOMETER. 60 Months or 5 Years - Affluence.

I allowed myself to interpret a phrase from a song by my favourite Evgeniy Grishkovets in the title, whose new performance I’ll attend on 13 February.

60 Months or 5 Years - Affluence.

The sum of team and personal expertise and being in the industry for over 20 years. To be precise about personal expertise, it will be 25 years in September 2026.

Let's talk about the club and when accepting congratulations on 12 February, we’ll first of all say thank you to the members of the club, its friends and partners! Without you there would be nothing, as well as without the team.

I’d like to thank everyone who works with us both in Moscow and Dubai. Everyone who has ever been a member of the team and contributed his or her contribution, labour and knowledge to the current interim result and, as a consequence, to our plans, aspirations and ambitions.

I’d like to thank Andrey, Elena, Oleg, Irina Dmitrievna (my mother) and Stanislav for our joint work for 5 years to create the product: today our website, digests and magazine receive positive feedback from clients and partners all over the world. Knowing us, we’ll definitely reach a printed bilingual version of the magazine as advertisers naturally appear. We’ll finally, and I’m sure this year, realise a children's digest and produce the first standalone magazine within the Dubai office and related digests.

Thanks very much to our member and my friend Andrey for the opaque hint and advice about the need for rebranding. And here it is, thanks to Evgeniya and Yana, just in time for the anniversary!

What we managed to do in January:

- Start renovating the company's new large office in Moscow. Opening on 8-12 February, in time for the anniversary.

As part of #affluence_expedition Dubai:

- Restaurants: Josette, LPM, Signor Sassi, Lena, Tap House Dubai Hills, Duo, Shishka, Angels Cakes (Dubai Hills), Roka by Zuma. Signor Sassi and Angels Cakes did not meet expectations in terms of cuisine and service. I am sure my colleagues will improve the nuances. The concept and location should justify themselves.

- Clubs: new closed membership club Neera.

- Self-care: Dubanya (the first and the only Russian bathhouse at the moment. Everything as we like). Borodach (barbershop, gents salon).

- Hotels: new One&Only Za'abeel (opened 1st January), Siro (wellness&recovery concept, opening 15th February, One&Only Royal Mirage.

Plans for February:

- Move to new office and celebrate anniversary.

- Oman: Six Senses Zighy Bay.

- UAE: The Oberoi, Al Zorah (Ajman), The Lana (Dubai). New grandiose project from Dorchester collection, opening in February, Armani hotel (Dubai, Burj Khalifa).

- Russia: Istok (Essentuki), The Utopia (new bathhouse in Pyatigorsk), Four Seasons (Moscow), many restaurants, performances and a number of refreshing excursions, partner guide certifications. I’ll also be a speaker at the breakfast of a respected investment club on 8 February.

- London: TBA.
